Terms of Service

Welcome to Eviterno. These terms govern your use of the service. Eviterno is currently in a private beta — access is limited, features may change, and we do not yet offer production-grade availability or support guarantees. By creating an account or signing in, you accept these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login methods secure. Accounts are for a single person; do not share credentials. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Eviterno — your pages, databases, files, and vaults. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service (to store, process, and display your content back to you). We do not claim ownership of your work.

Acceptable use

Your use of Eviterno must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or disable accounts that violate it, abuse the service, or put other users at risk.

Beta service

During the beta the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice before changes that materially affect your stored content, and you can export your data at any time.

Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: we never read your vault, and our telemetry never captures your content.

Termination

You may stop using Eviterno and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. On deletion, we remove or anonymize your data according to our retention rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
