Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets the boundaries for using Eviterno. It applies to everyone with an account. We enforce it with rate limiting and, where necessary, account suspension.

What you may not do

You agree not to use Eviterno to:

• engage in illegal activity or store unlawful content;
• harass, threaten, or harm others;
• probe, scan, or breach the security of the service or other accounts;
• send spam, run automated abuse, or overload the service;
• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Automated access

Programmatic access is allowed only through our official tokens and APIs, within their documented limits. Do not circumvent rate limits or authentication.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, suspend, or disable accounts that violate this policy or put the service or other users at risk. Where appropriate, we will tell you why and how to appeal.
