This policy explains what data Eviterno processes, why, and the rights you have over it. We designed Eviterno to hold as little of your information as possible and to never read your content for our own purposes.
What we collect
Account data (your email and the login methods you connect), the content you choose to store (pages, databases, files), and limited operational metadata needed to run the service (such as session and device information at sign-in). We do not sell your data.
Your content stays yours
We store and process your content only to provide the service to you. Our telemetry and analytics never include your content, titles, search queries, names, or account identifier — only anonymous, coarse usage signals. Content in a Vault is end-to-end sealed: we cannot read it, and it is never exported, indexed, or surfaced outside the vault.
Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication. Our analytics runs in cookieless anonymous mode to understand coarse product usage and diagnose errors; session recording is disabled at launch.
We send transactional and security email you cannot opt out of (for example, sign-in links and security alerts). Optional categories such as product updates are off by default and require your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Your rights
You can access and export all of your data, and you can request deletion of your account. Depending on your region (including GDPR and LGPD coverage), you may have additional rights to correct, restrict, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.
Data location and retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a limited window afterward to honor backups and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Suppression records (such as unsubscribe choices) are kept as needed to respect your preferences.
